Research Theme 1 :Knowledge acquisition through specific industrial case studies
Lead by : Pr R. Samson and Dr Gontran Bage
Knowledge acquisition in LCA can only be achieved with data from other case studies. This approach is absolutely necessary, as LCA research requires data that can only be gathered from industrial projects. Particular attention will be paid to assessing CO2 conservation and sequestration as part of the Kyoto Protocol and its related impacts.
The projects of the first research theme will be mainly conducted as part of Master’s degree or PhD work.
